Meanings
1. Describes hard or firm things fitting together without gaps or looseness, or something being held in a firm, well-defined shape.
2. A small, light, crisp sound made when small hard objects meet—like a click.
Examples

Dogmatic Opinion
KACCHI-RI has a hard, solid image. It feels firm enough that you can almost imagine hearing a little KACHI—“click.”
An object and the space receiving it—a body and clothing, or an object and a container or fitting—seem to match closely enough that everything settles into place without looseness. A water-filled balloon, despite being full, would not be KACCHI-RI because it lacks that firmness.
When hair is styled KACCHI-RI, it likewise feels as though the hair has been made to conform firmly to an invisible target shape: the intended hairstyle.
Across these uses, there is little softness, looseness, or ambiguity. The form or mechanism feels solidly determined.
