Describes things being packed, attached, or spread over an area so densely and tightly that virtually no gaps remain.
Examples
The undersides of the leaves in my garden were completely covered with insect eggs.

Dogmatic Opinion
I imagine something unpleasant clustered beyond a comfortable degree—dense enough to feel almost suffocating.
Mold covering a bathroom BICCHI-RI is already disgusting because it is mold, and then the extreme density makes it worse.
A schedule packed BICCHI-RI feels as though overwork may finish you off.
It overlaps with GICCHI-RI and BISSHI-RI, but to me BICCHI-RI carries a particularly strong sense of tight packing or adhesion, often with an unpleasant emotional reaction.
