Dogmatic Opinion
I have not found MUSSU-RI in the dictionaries I checked.
Still, it feels intuitively plausible because it sits somewhere between MUSU(TTO) SURU—looking sulky or angry—and MUTTSU-RI.
Compared with MUTTSU-RI, I picture the person keeping their mouth shut while breathing more heavily through the nose with anger.
That makes MUSSU-RI feel a little more aggressive toward whatever caused the anger.
