Describes a hard, thin or relatively slender object being broken or snapped forcefully and cleanly, together with the crisp sound of the break.
Examples

Dogmatic Opinion
I do not see PAKKI-RI in dictionaries very often, but I am including it anyway.
Those long narrow frozen treats in plastic tubes—the kind you snap in half before eating—feel PAKKI-RI to me.
Perhaps because of the idea of something visibly “breaking,” I can even understand a playful expression such as “his abs have become PAKKI-RI defined.”
Although the objects may be slender, my strongest image is actually of something flat or plate-like—such as a chocolate bar—breaking with a crisp snap.
