NOSSO-RI describes slowness with an emotional edge.
The movement is not merely slow. It can make the observer feel that the person is in the way, irritating, or frustratingly sluggish.
That annoyance is important to my sense of the word. A graceful slow movement would not normally be NOSSO-RI.
