Almost exclusively, “Ussura” is used, and “Ussuri” is not used very often.
If used, it is to emphasize “thin thickness”.
If I were the master contact lens craftsman.
I might instruct my apprentice, “You should make more Ussuri”.
I wouldn’t say “make more Ussura”.
