I have not seen or heard of any usage of ②.
It’s about the same as “Tokuto” . “Tokuto Goran-a-re (please look carefully)”.
The word “tokkuri” means a vessel for pouring sake.
Elderly people may call turtlenecks “Tokkuri”.
