You won’t find this expression in the dictionary, but I dare you.
I consider the expression “Pakkiri” for breaking or cracking thin ice candies such as Chuppets or Papicos.
Perhaps an allusion to the word “crack” or the expression “my abdominal muscles have cracked open” should also convey the meaning.
