“Face” is the first thing that comes to mind.
The image is flat with no ridges. However, it is not completely flat, with some ridges.
White image. Not complimenting.
It looks boring, like a bad paint job that goes on and on, no contrast, just unevenness.
It does not feel dry, but seems to be somewhat humid/viscous.
