Meanings
A state of being so exhausted (weak) that one feels as if one is about to collapse.
Not only from tiredness,fatigue but also from disease, alcohol, heat, etc.

・When I get home from work, I feel frazzled and have no energy to cook.
仕事から帰っても、ぐったりして料理を作る気力もない。
・He is hungover and has been groggy since the morning.
二日酔いで、朝からぐったりしている。
・I got so bored after two hours of listening to boring stories that I was exhausted.
