Dogmatic Opinion
Considering the difference from “Bottori”, I think there is almost no difference.
While “Bottori” is a phenomenon of falling, such as a fruit falling from a tree or an elephant dropping a big dung, in a situation where you are looking at the object from a distance,
I have a feeling that “Bottari” is somewhat the result of human artifice.
Compared to “Pottori”, it has a higher water content and a more clumpy and uncomfortable feeling.
