Meanings
The state in which people, objects, etc. stick to each other without separating.
In the case of objects, it is used when wet things cling to them.
Often accompanied by a feeling of discomfort.

Dogmatic Opinion
The word feels sticky.
It is unpleasant in that it tracks and clings to you even though you want to leave.
At the Tokyo Olympics, a skateboarding commentator used the expression “Bitta Bita”.
The expression is that it is a wonderful performance, as if the skateboard board is in close contact with the course contraption.
It seems to me that this is a more accurate description of the deep connection between the course and the board than “Petta Peta” or “Pitta Pita.”
