Dogmatic Opinion
My wife says that when she hears the word “besshori,” “I have to choose French toast.” She said.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t ring a bell with me.
It is an interesting onomatopoeia with which even among Japanese people there is disagreement. Is it?
The word “Besshori” is not first found in dictionaries.
However, it is true that my wife thought it was “French toast”.
The viscosity of the liquid seems lower than that of “Becchari” or “Becchori.”
The “Bisshori” or Bicchori” is the presence of large amounts of water.
I would say it is somewhere between both of the above, with a fair amount, if not a large amount, of low viscosity water.
