Dogmatic Opinion
“Bakkari” is a colloquial expression. More formal expression is “Bakari”.
In the case of ①, it seems to point out the difference in the way one is treated by one’s self and others close to one, and the difference in the frequency of preferential treatment or disadvantage due to discrimination or reverse discrimination, favoritism, etc.
